The 2025/2026 Season is just getting started!
BIG NEWS:
We just started a 4th team! We want to offer "Safe, Fun Learning" for everyone! Welcome to the HexWings, Team #32161!
At FTC Robotics, innovative robotic solutions and dedicated student leadership offer something for everyone. We invite you to come and explore tech in action as a member or as a mentor, and learn more about yourself while doing so.
We welcome area businesses to reach out if they want to support this great group of kids, or come check it out!
We offer fun, friendship, learning, and a whole lot of self confidence. Student leadership spots look great on college applications and teach you many things.

Each year's challenge is something new...
Have fun with us.
You can brainstorm ideas and you can build robots.
Or you can code with Java, or use graphic design or video skills to market your team (and impress judges at competitions).
There are awards for all types of things!
There are lots of friends to meet, things to learn, and skills to tackle.
-And parents, there's lots of scholarships available also.
First Tech Challenge
The entire FIRST program is known worldwide for being a great first step into the world of technology, teamwork, and creation.
The organization provides a great framework for adult mentors and student team members to work together to make amazing things happen.
Teams of 10-15 students work to make the machines, to program the action, and to document the progress.
Students also create meaningful Outreach Programs to help educate the community around them about all types of ideas related to STEM, engineering, technology, and other issues.

We are FTC Power Robotics, part of the FIRST Robotics Program at South River HS, dedicated to building & coding robots and offering community & STEM events.
We LOVE to laugh, to play, to teach, to share. And we LOVE the FTC Robotics program each year!
